Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
If you want to return the product for a refund or exchange, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request one.
To be eligible for a return, the product cannot be damaged and must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To process your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, email, and order # and we will email you back shipping instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know if we can process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a standard amount of business days. Feel free to reach out after 10 business days if you haven't yet received your refund.
