A flavorful dish with a Mediterranean aroma, given by rosemary and garlic. Veal is super quick and easy to cook, and best of all, it's extremely tender and juicy.

 

Servings: 2

Time: 15 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • 14 oz veal loin strips
  • 1 large onion
  • As much broccoli as desired
  • Additional veggies of your liking
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

 

Preparation:

  • Peel and slice onion;
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet and add garlic;
  • Remove garlic as soon as it starts to brown, then add onion slices, broccoli, other veggies, and veal strips;
  • Add also salt, pepper and rosemary and stir;
  • Cook over high heat for 10 minutes;
